Je suis très satisfait du travail effectué à mon domicile par Puybras Rénovation. Nous avons contacté plusieurs entreprises avec peu ou pas de réponse, mais M. Puybras a été rapide à répondre. Il a fourni une évaluation rapide des travaux suivie immédiatement d'un devis pour que les travaux soient terminés le lendemain. Il a communiqué avec moi très clairement et m'a tenu au courant tout au long du travail. Il a même communiqué par écrit en anglais pour s'adapter à mes faibles compétences en français. C'est un service client inattendu mais exceptionnel. Je suis satisfait de toute l'expérience, je recommande vivement leurs services et ferai à nouveau appel à Puybras Rénovation si j'ai des besoins futurs.

He provided a quick assessment of the work followed immediately by a quote for completion the next day. He communicated with me very clearly and kept me informed throughout the job. J'ai eu besoin en urgence sur ma toiture qui a cause de la tempête a eu des tuiles qui ont volées. J'ai appelé de nombreux artisans mais tous débordés je devais attendre au moins 15 jours. Une amie m'a donné les coordonnées de cet artisan qui est venu tard le soir même pour éviter que ma maison continue de se remplir d'eau car il pleuvait beaucoup. Il a fait avec un de ses collègues un travail soigné, rapide et efficace. Je vais faire appel à lui pour d'autres chantiers dans le futur car j'ai entièrement confiance. Alors n'hésitez pas !

Si j’avais pas pu mettre 0 étoile c’est tout ce que méritait cet entreprise, je lui demande ces dispo donc je m’adapte à son planning, on convient l’heure et monsieur vous appelle 1 heure avant mais pense qu’on a notre portable greffé à la main sans laisser de message ( le répondeur n’existe pas pour cette personne ) donc ne vient pas au rdv qu’on avait prévu et prend même pas la peine de prévenir et de s’excuser surtout. Donc a fuir ce genre de communication et à déplorer. Et surtout c’est un MANQUE DE RESPECT.

Tout s'annonçait bien ! Visite sur site la journée même !!! Waouh. Prises de mesure avec appareil lazer, quelques commentaires et conseils, puis devis programmé rapidement (dans les 15 jours). Lol. J'attends toujours...Messages téléphonique et textuel sans réponse...Le gars travaille seul, donc il n'est pas question "d'équipe" dans les avis précédents !! Pas sérieux, car j'aurai aimé qu'il me dise (au moins) que le chantier ne l'intéressait pas !

Not serious, because I would have liked him to tell me (at least) that the project didn't interest him!
